 Train with the Best – Now in a Comprehensive Monthly Coaching Format

At Langlands Health & Fitness, we believe transformative results require commitment – from you and from us. That’s why we’ve reimagined our pricing into simple monthly coaching plans that include everything you need for success. No more counting sessions or piecemeal add-ons; your membership covers your entire journey with us. Each plan is packed with personal training sessions, 3D body composition tracking, nutritional guidance, and 24/7 support – all delivered in our private, client-exclusive studio environment.


All our coaching plans include:

  • Personalised Training Program: A workout program tailored to your goals and updated as you progress – so every minute in the gym counts.

  • Styku 3D Body Scans: Regular body composition scans using our state-of-the-art Styku scanner, complete with detailed reports. We leave nothing to guesswork when it comes to tracking your progress.

  • Nutrition Audit & Ongoing Guidance: We don’t believe in cookie-cutter diets. Al will assess your eating habits and craft a nutrition plan for you. Plus, we’ll check in regularly to adjust and keep you on track (because training and nutrition go hand-in-hand).

  • Coaching App Access: Exclusive access to our iOS/Android app where you can view your workouts, log your metrics, and track your results. The app also lets you stay in constant contact with your coach – ask questions, get feedback, and receive daily motivation. It’s like having a personal trainer in your pocket!

  • Accountability & Support: Consider us your fitness partner. We set goals together, monitor your consistency, and keep you motivated with habit coaching and weekly reflections. You’ll also join the LHF client community – a network of individuals on the same journey, for extra inspiration and support.

No long-term contract required – but we do ask for a minimum 3-month commitment upfront, because real results take a little time. (Plus, we suspect you’ll love how you feel after 3 months and want to continue onward!). All plans are billed monthly via direct debit for your convenience. After the first 3 months, continue month-to-month and stay as long as you’re getting results and value – our goal is to earn your business every month with exceptional service.


Need more flexibility? We offer a few add-ons and options to customize your experience:

  • Additional Sessions: Want the occasional extra session? As a member, you can book extra 1–hour PT sessions at a special rate of £60 each, subject to trainer availability.

  • Nutrition Plus Upgrade: For those who want even more dietary support, add Nutrition Plus for £50/month. This upgrade gives you a weekly 1-on-1 nutrition check-in, meal plan adjustments, and priority nutrition support from our coach. It’s like having a nutritionist on call – the perfect complement to your training for maximal results. (Most VIP members won’t need this, as our VIP coaching already covers intensive nutrition guidance.)

  • Online-Only Coaching: Not in East Lothian or need to train from afar? We’ve got you. Our Online Coaching program (£150/month) delivers customized workouts, weekly video coaching calls, and all the accountability – except in-person sessions. You still get the app, the nutritional guidance, even quarterly Styku scans when feasible. This is a great option for former in-person clients who are relocating, or anyone who wants Langlands-level coaching remotely.

  • Styku Scan Packages: Available for members and non-members alike – get a standalone Styku 3D body scan + consultation for £60. Members receive a discounted rate of £50 for extra scans if you’re eager to see additional progress between your included scans. (This is also a popular gift or kickstart service for friends not yet ready to train – feel free to refer someone for a scan!)

  • No – we’ve built in flexibility to support real life.

    If you give us at least 7 days’ notice, you can:

    • Roll over one session per month into the following month (maximum of 1 session carried forward at a time).

    • Or, reschedule your session within the same billing month where availability allows.

    If you’re away for more than a week, you can also use your one free “membership freeze” per calendar year, which allows you to pause your membership for up to 1 month with no charge. This can be used for travel, illness, or unexpected life events.

    We want you to succeed, not to feel punished for taking a well-earned break.

  • If your trainer is taking scheduled time off:

    • You’ll be given advance notice (typically 2+ weeks), and offered options to reschedule your sessions around their absence.

    • You’ll also receive custom app-based workouts to follow during that period – so you don’t lose momentum.

    For VIP and Accelerator members, we aim to keep continuity of service high. You’ll still have access to:

    • Your program and tracking via the app

    • Messaging support

    • Scheduled nutrition and progress reviews

    If your coach is away for an extended time (2+ weeks), we’ll arrange a cover plan to maintain your support and coaching experience.

    Our commitment: you’ll never be left guessing or unsupported.

  • Yes – with some reasonable boundaries.

    We ask for a minimum 3-month initial commitment when you start any coaching plan. This is because real results take time – and we want to help you get them.

    After the first 3 months, you’ll switch to a rolling monthly membership that you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.

    We’ve structured it this way so that:

    • You commit long enough to see change.

    • You retain freedom and flexibility beyond that.

  • Life happens – and we’ll work with you.

    If you're unable to train in person for a period of time due to illness, injury, or life changes:

    • We can temporarily switch you to online-only coaching (same plan, adapted delivery).

    • Or, pause your membership (one freeze per year is free; further pauses may incur a small admin fee depending on the duration).

    Just keep us informed, and we’ll support you however we can.

  • Each membership is designed around consistent training. That said, we allow:

    • One session rollover per month, if cancellation is made with at least 7 days’ notice.

    • Missed sessions without notice (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    This helps us manage trainer time fairly, while still giving you leeway when life gets busy.

  • Yes, absolutely.

    You can upgrade or downgrade your plan with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.

    For example:

    • If work gets hectic and you need to reduce sessions, drop from Accelerator to Foundation.

    • Or if you're training for an event and want to step up, move from Foundation to VIP.

    We're flexible – because your plan should support your life, not restrict it.

  • All memberships are billed monthly for flexibility.

    However, if you’d like to commit upfront to a 6- or 12-month block, we do offer custom packages with loyalty bonuses – such as complimentary extra sessions or additional Styku scans. Just ask us during your consultation and we’ll tailor an option for you.

  • Yes! You can train as a pair on any membership tier.

    • Each person receives their own app access and program, but you’ll train together in sessions.

    • Partner pricing is available – usually a 10–20% saving per person depending on tier.

    Let us know during your consultation if you’d like to train as a duo.

  • We offer bolt-on services so you can personalise your plan:

    • Nutrition+ Upgrade (£50/month): Weekly nutrition check-ins, meal plan reviews, and deeper diet coaching.

    • Additional Styku Scan (£50 for members)

    • Extra PT Sessions: Book additional sessions at your member rate (£60/session)

    These optional upgrades let you fine-tune your coaching experience.
