About Al Langlands

I’m Al Langlands, the founder and lead coach behind LHF. My journey into fitness has been long and varied - through teaching, endurance sports, golf, team sports, and outdoor adventures. I’ve lived the challenge of staying healthy under pressure, juggling work, travel, and training.

Over time, I realised that my passion wasn’t just in doing all those things - but helping others do them, more effectively, more sustainably. That’s what led me to build LHF.
