Each voucher can be redeemed against any of our services, from personal training packages, to group fitness classes, to physiotherapy appointments.

We have a range of values of voucher which can be purchased automatically. If you would like to buy a voucher of a different value, please contact us as this can easily be arranged.

Just to remind you, if buying for a prospective personal training client, each voucher-recipient will be given:

• A comprehensive health and fitness assessment.

• Training sessions, incorporating exercise and dietary advice appropriate to their aims.

• Motivational goal-setting tools and advice.

• Ongoing provision of relevant articles and downloads to aid their progress.

• Downloadable mobile training app to aid workouts away from the trainer.

• Continuous support through a private messaging service – connected directly to your PT.
