Payment Methods

We accept payments for our services through the following methods:

a. Bank Transfer

b. Credit Card payments via Stripe

Please note that all transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP). Clients are responsible for any applicable currency conversion fees or charges levied by their banks or financial institutions.

Service Fulfillment

a. Online Personal Training and Nutritional Advice

Upon successful payment and completion of the required forms, clients will receive access to our online personal training and/or nutritional advice services. Clients will be able to access their personalized training programs, meal plans, and track their progress through our online platform. Our trainers will provide ongoing support and guidance through email or other designated communication channels.

b. In-Person Personal Training

Once the payment has been successfully processed and the required forms completed, clients will be contacted by one of our personal trainers to schedule in-person training sessions. These sessions will take place at a mutually agreed-upon location and time. Clients are responsible for any additional fees or expenses incurred for the use of specific facilities or equipment.

Cancellations and Refunds

a. Online Personal Training and Nutritional Advice

If you wish to cancel your online personal training or nutritional advice service, please notify us in writing at al@langlandshealthandfitness.com within 7 days of purchase. Refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, less any administrative or processing fees.

b. In-Person Personal Training

For in-person personal training sessions, clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation to avoid forfeiting the session. Refunds for cancelled in-person training sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, less any administrative or processing fees.

Changes to This Fulfillment Policy

Langlands Health and Fitness Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify this Fulfillment Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
