Terms & Conditions


  • Each session is appointed and agreed ahead of time.
  • If the client is late to begin a session, it will still end at the appointed time.
  • Notice of cancellation of a session by the client must be at least 24 hours prior to the agreed meeting time. That session fee will be forfeit if less than 24 hours notice is given.
  • In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a session within 24 hours of the agreed time, a replacement session will be offered at no extra charge.
  • All programs and sessions must be paid for in advance. Sessions will not take place until payment has been received by us and a health appraisal completed.
  • Programs lasting longer than one calendar month can be paid for by monthly standing order, so as to divide up the overall cost. Each month must be paid for in advance however.
