We offer two different directions in terms of our Tone-Up program – Fat Loss and Muscle-Up.
They very much do what they say on the tin – Fat Loss is focused on reducing your overall body fat percentage, improving your body composition, giving you more definition and generally improving your long-term health prospects. Muscle-Up is designed with the leaner male in mind, who would like to improve their physique, overall strength, ability to be more active and general self-confidence.
