You will receive a fully personalised training and nutrition plan and have Alasdair’s focus and support for the entirety of your program. Motivational phone calls and text messages – outwith the training sessions – are all part of the service.
We are determined to help you become a fitter, healthier individual and will provide you with all the tools you need to get there. The will and the determination must come from you however. Don’t worry though, we will help you find and channel that strength of character.

Note: We don’t offer payment by session as we believe you should pay for a result, rather than the odd hour here or there which may but probably won’t achieve anything.
