Group PT – fun and affordable!

The future of personal training – affordable, sociable and a small enough group to allow for that vital individualised approach!

 

Join one of our Group PT courses, or build your own by encouraging at least two friends to sign up. Then get ready to get super-fit while providing mutual support to each other and having fun to boot! With a reduced cost per session compared to more individual programmes, you can improve your health without necessarily hurting your bank balance. However, with a maximum group size of only 5, you still benefit from a much more individual, feedback-based teaching approach more in common with personal training, rather than traditional group fitness classes.

If you would like to join one of our pre-scheduled Group PT courses, contact us to register your interest and we’ll let you know when the next one is about to start. Each block lasts for 5 weeks and includes an initial Fitness Assessment and Body Compositional Analysis session and 4 Group PT exercise sessions – continuing group members therefore can keep a check on their progress as the weeks tick by. Pre-scheduled groups run on a weekly basis, see below for details.

We also give you access to our exclusive Online Client Area– which includes:

  • Health assessment results and progress tracking tool.
  • Motivational goal-setting tool.
  • A free initial download to help structure your diet and lifestyle around the exercise – 7 Steps to Nutritional Success.
  • Downloadable at-home training programs to be completed between classes.
  • Continuous support through a private messaging service – connected directly to your PT.

Each 5 week block costs a total of only £100! A massive saving of £100 in comparison to traditional personal training.

Note: We don’t offer payment by session as we believe you should pay for a result, rather than the odd hour here or there which may but probably won’t achieve anything. We believe in offering certainty, and at the end of the day we live and die by our results. If you are prepared to commit to a structured program with us then you will achieve your fitness goals.
