We would like to think that personal training is for everyone, and worth prioritising over other less vital expenses – we are talking about your health after all, what could you possibly value more? However, in today’s financial climate we’re all feeling the squeeze and therefore we have provided a way of being able to access our services at a fraction of what you would normally pay.

The answer? Partner PT and Group PT. These are naturally more sociable ways of improving your fitness – train with your wife, husband, best pal or group of up to 4 friends and benefit from the added support you gain from each other. More details can be found below:
